Hi there! 

I’m Caitlyn, a yoga teacher, personal trainer & the creator of Ground to Grow

I help people integrate yoga, strength, and mobility into their lives to find balance, build resilience & feel more energized.

After years in the gym weight training, I turned to yoga to address both my body & mind. While yoga gave me relief from soreness & brought mental clarity, I soon realized my body craved strength & mobility to support my lifestyle. So, I combined strength training with yoga to enhance joint health, build functional strength & improve movement.

This balance between yoga, strength, and mobility gave me the energy and ease I was searching for. Now, I teach a mix of group fitness, yoga, and strength training, helping others find that same balance.

My approach is personalized - focused on your unique body, goals & lifestyle. I believe that true wellbeing comes when we move freely, build strength & take time to breathe.
